REMOVAL
1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
(a) Remove the front bumper cover
.
4. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH
(a) Remove the 6 clips and side deflector.
(b) Disconnect the wire harness clamp.
5. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH (w/o Trailer Towing System)
(a) Remove the 6 clips and side deflector.
6. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY
8. REMOVE INLET RADIATOR HOSE
(a) Remove the inlet radiator hose.
9. REMOVE FAN SHROUD (w/ Trailer Towing System)
(a) Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling fan.
(b) Remove the fan and generator V-belt
.

(c) Detach the claw to open the No. 1 flexible hose clamp.
|
|
(d) Disconnect the reservoir hose.
|
|
(e) Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.
|
(f) Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan, and then remove the fan shroud together with the fluid coupling fan.
NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the radiator core.
(g) Remove the fan pulley from the water pump.
10. REMOVE FAN SHROUD (w/o Trailer Towing System)
(a) Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling fan.
(b) Remove the fan and generator V belt
.

(c) Disconnect the reservoir hose.

|
(d) Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.
|
(e) Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan, and then remove the fan shroud together with the fluid coupling fan.
NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the radiator core.
(f) Remove the fan pulley from the water pump.
11. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY (w/ Trailer Towing System)
12. DISCONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
(a) Disconnect the outlet radiator hose.
13. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL
(a) Remove the 3 clips and No. 1 radiator to support seal.
14. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 bolts and radiator assembly.

15. REMOVE OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
(a) Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator assembly.
16. REMOVE RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG
(a) Remove the radiator drain cock plug from the radiator assembly.
